1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Products with manufacturing defects or damaged during shipping are eligible for a return or exchange at no additional cost.
  • Items purchased under final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that show signs of use, physical damage, or modifications.
  • Opened accessories such as screen protectors, cables, chargers, and earbuds.
  • Software, digital downloads, or gift cards.
  • Any product that is returned without original packaging or missing components.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Securely pack the product and send it to our designated return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by us.
  4. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  5. Refund Processing – If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
  • For an exchange request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund may take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • If the payment was made through PayPal or another payment gateway, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Blazenovas made an error or the item was defective upon arrival.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@blazenovas.xyz with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you must return the item according to our return policy.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
