  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options based on your location and preference:

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select locations for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time).

2.2 International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary based on destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-20 business days
    • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Some international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, local courier processing, or unforeseen factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions may be available on select orders or regions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which vary by country.
  • These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
  • Blazenovas is not responsible for any customs delays, and customers should check with their local authorities for applicable fees before placing an order.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

We strive to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time. However, unforeseen issues may occur:

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact the shipping carrier for an update.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, security, or local courier offices before reaching out to us.
  • Lost or missing packages must be reported to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at info@blazenovas.xyz to request a correction. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
  • Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address will be returned to us, and reshipping fees may apply.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is refused or unclaimed at the destination address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds for refused or unclaimed packages will exclude original shipping costs.

9. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified before shipment. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be changed.
